A cosy and comfortable apartment (ground fl. or 1st fl.2 pers., own entrance) in a totally restored historic building (it was named in antique documents from the XII century). The building, which was among others an establishment of the "Ridderorde der Tempelieren" and is now a modern residence, with all the modern comfort and a private wine tasting farm. Situated between Vicenza and Verona, close to the highway A4, but in a peaceful area. Thanks to its location, it is very easy to visit the surrounding by car (or train): in the west is Verona within only 25 min. drive, Lake Garda (Peschiera del Garda) within 35 minutes. On the other side, direction the east lies Vicenza (the town of Palladio) within 20 minutes, Padova within 35 minutes, Venice within 50 minutes, and the beaches of Jesolo within 1,5 hours. - On request: cot(free, if available), garage (at a cost). - On request: the double bed in the first room can also be exchanged for 2 single beds. Small dogs are admitted (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers). The owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules. Offenders may even be asked to vacate the premises. The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described. Max. 2 extra bed(s) possible for EURO 20 per person per night.
