Caorle is a charming resort located on the Italian Adriatic coast in the province of Venice. Unlike some other resorts on the Italian Adriatic coast, Caorle with its wonderful fishing port and the small medieval old town has a lot of charm. During the season it is better to start a walk from the port of Caorle. You will be able to see the typical casoni (fishing huts) too among other things. Those who are interested in culture should visit Portogruaro that is located in 26 km to the North from Caorle. The historic old town in the Venetian style invites for a walk. Of course, it will take only about one hour to get there by car from Venice.
Caorle also welcomes sports fans. There is even a 9-hole golf court at Duna Verde in addition to surfing and sailing schools. In addition to a wide range of recreation supply and long sandy beaches, Caorle offers an original Italian atmosphere to its guests as well.
